1. Understand
5 to 10 minFirst the words of the day to listen to, then one idea in plain words. Tap any example word to hear it. Only the grammar your next sentence needs.
-
2. Practise
5 to 10 minSay it out loud, reveal, compare with the voice. Drills, quick checks and, in the Spanish course, a builder for the magic verbs: build sentences instead of cramming tables.
-
3. Use it
5 minWrite a few sentences of your own, collected in your journal. Every 7th day a mission: a real conversation with a tutor or tandem partner.

4. Cards

Each day unlocks the next.
No calendar leaving you behind: the next day opens as soon as you finish the current one. Two in one day is possible, though we recommend a night of sleep in between. And every day unlocks what it taught you, in your compass.

Everything you need. Nothing that distracts.
No add-ons, no extras to unlock for money. These tools are with you for all 90 days.
Voices to speak along
Every word, sentence and example with a natural-sounding voice, female and male. In explanations, just tap an example word to hear it.
13 key sentences
Right at the start you take the language apart with 13 short sentences. Almost every rule is in them, and later lessons keep coming back to them.
Magic verbs
Want, can, must, going to plus an infinitive: early on you say hundreds of sentences, negated and as questions, without conjugation tables.
Your compass
The grammar in short cards. Each card opens with the day that teaches it, with examples to listen to.
Cards with a plan
The most frequent words, spread over all 90 days. Fell behind? Catch up calmly. Feeling keen? Learn ahead. By day 90 they are all in.
Your journal
Everything you write collects here. On day 90 you read back where you started.
Four phases. One conversation at the end.
Every square is a day. Every 7th day is lighter, with a real-world mission. Days 30, 60 and 90 are milestones.
Greek starts with five days of learning to read: the letters in five groups, real words from the start made only of letters you know. A transliteration helps until day 30, then you read on your own.
-
1. Deconstruct
Take the language apart before you learn it: 13 key sentences, sounds, the four magic verbs, conversation glue, all the words you already know.
-
2. Foundation
Core grammar in the order you need it, plus everyday scenarios: café, directions, small talk. Day 30: a 2-minute monologue about yourself.
-
3. Build
Talk about the past and the future, give opinions, master the tricky pairs. Day 60: tell your tutor a 5-minute story.
-
4. Flow
Nuance, idioms, native podcasts and series. Day 89: a 30-minute conversation, only in your new language.
What "conversational" means here
On day 89 you sit down with a tutor or tandem partner for 30 minutes, entirely in your new language: who you are, what you did, what you plan, what you think. You will still make mistakes. You will keep talking anyway. That is the bar the whole program is built for.
A method, not a mood.
Most courses teach a language in the order of a textbook. Nonanta teaches it in the order you need it to speak.
Take it apart first
Thirteen short sentences on day 1 reveal how the language works: word order, gender, verbs, questions. You see early where it is easy and where it is hard for you.
Frequent words first
About 1,000 words cover most of everyday conversation. You learn them in order of frequency, measured on the target language itself, not on a translated list.
The right order
Sounds, then four "magic verbs" (want, can, must, going to) that unlock hundreds of sentences, then conversation glue. Grammar only when the next sentence needs it.
Real stakes
A booked weekly conversation with a real person, a fixed daily slot and milestones that ask something of you.
Compression
The essentials at a glance. Your compass grows with every lesson.
Frequency
A little every day beats a lot on Sunday. Spaced repetition brings each word back just before you forget it.
Encoding
Every word hooked to something you already know: cognates, sound-alikes, vivid mnemonics, real sentences, your own voice.
Pick your language.
Every course is written natively for your language: explanations, mnemonics, cognates and false friends. Never a translation of another course.
The courses for English speakers are being reworked. Until then, the courses for German speakers are open.
Spanish in 90 days
Spain as default, Latin American differences flagged. Mnemonics built on German and a builder for the magic verbs.

You don't need another streak. You need a conversation.
Many language apps are built like games: points, leagues, streaks, and a cheerful reminder every evening. It feels like progress. Then someone asks you a simple question in that language and nothing comes out. Games are great at getting you to open an app. They are not built to get you talking.
Nonanta takes a different path: a guided program with one clear finish line. No points, no leagues, no cartoon guilt-trips. Progress is measured in words you can use and conversations you can hold.
No points, no leagues
Nobody to beat but yesterday's you. Your dashboard shows words you know and days you completed.
No guilt-trips
Taking a break? Nothing breaks. The next day waits until you are ready. No streak to lose.

All questionsWhat does beta mean?
Nonanta is new and we keep improving the courses. While the beta lasts, every course is free and you need no payment details. If we revise a day you already finished, it stays finished and you see what is new.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing is lost. Days are not tied to the calendar: the next one opens when you finish the current one. There is no streak to lose. Your cards wait for you, and words left behind can be caught up at your own pace.
Can I go faster?
Yes. As soon as you finish a day, the next one is open. We recommend one day per day, because your brain consolidates what you learned while you sleep. With the cards you can learn five more words ahead at any time.
How do I learn the pronunciation?
With voices for every word, sentence and example. Early on you practise the sounds on purpose; in the drills you say it out loud first, then listen to compare. And every week you talk to a real person.
I can't read the Greek alphabet. Is that a problem?
No, that is what the first five days are for. You learn the letters in five groups and read words from the start that use only letters you already know. A transliteration is shown until day 30.
How much time do I need per day?
About 25 minutes. Every 7th day is a lighter day. The weekly conversation with a tutor or tandem partner takes an extra 30 to 60 minutes.
Day 1 is already open.
Pick your language and start today. During the beta, the whole course is free for you.
